Windows 10: Family Safety time limit not enforced

Hi,we are using the Family Safety on Windows 11; for a couple of monthes it did work properly; nowt the child account linked to the app is not obeying time limits when they are used up.For example, yesterday the limit was where he could only use the Computer until 21.00pm ; the App detected this , see the logs below, but it didn't lock the screen, so the kid went on playing!09/10 20:55:00[14556] S-1002:Warning for 5min shown at 4min before lockout09/10 20:55:00[14556] S-1002:WNF#7 E WarnMinutes:5 Next:09/10 21:00:0009/1

Family Safety time limits circumvented by Virtual Reality

We are currently applying screen time limitations with limited effectiveness with one of our children. It was recently discovered that the SteamVR application provides an option in settings to remain unlocked even when the computer locks. This option also applies to when Family Safety screen time limit is reached, and the system is locked. Instead of locking the VR application at this point, the user is able to continue using the VR app or game beyond the lockout time. They've learned to exploit this by launching an application just prior to their time expiring, the computer locks as usual, but the VR application remains active and playable without any disruption. Additionally, in this state, the Family Safety feature no longer accounts for time played, and the clock essentially appears frozen, providing inaccurate play time values for the user. In practice we've seen this exploited for more than 2 hours beyond the limit with no indication that anything would interrupt the user, they were able to place the VR headset down, leaving the game running, and return, all long past the timer expiry for the Family Safety limitation. I'm not sure if there is a user policy or something similar that could be applied to better enforce applications can not continue running beyond the lock timer? Are there any options to more strongly enforce the limitations on actual usage of the system beyond simple primary screen non detection?
