Windows 10: Family Safety

Just been sent an email from Microsoft and family safety, and the fact that the setup will change when my son reaches 13. Email very helpfully suggests going to a link about setting and age, as is shown below, but the link is just the date of birth and not a hyperlink to the site, and I cannot find exactly what settings will be changed. He is a very young 13, with a penchant for spending as long as possible watching videos, and I need to be able to continue to control his access to certain sites, not least the length of time he spends on those sites. Remove and try to re-add the site in the block list and check.
