    I have constructed simple form that graphically represents our family tree. Each name is a command button that calls up a report showing names, DOB, DOD, etc of offspring.


    Question: I would like family members to have the ability to use this FamilyTree.accdb app on their own computers. Does the Access Runtime application require the user to have Office 365, and if not, will accessruntime x64 or x86 work with my program?

    Will upgrade to Windows 10 affect the database in Family Tree Maker Deluxe?

    I currently have Family Tree Maker Deluxe with hundreds and hundreds of pictures and documents attached to my genealogy database. Will the Windows 10 upgrade have any effect on my attached photos and documents? When I purchased Windows 8 it was a nightmare
    to re-attach all my photos and documents and took almost a year and I do not want to go through that again.

    Family Tree Maker 2012 no longer launches on Windows 10 Home

    Thank you, Wungraileng. I followed these steps, but the situation is unchanged.

    When I click on the program icon, or on one of the database files, I just get a few seconds of the "egg-timer" then nothing. Nothing at all, no error message, nothing. The program properties now do show "run in compatibility mode for Windows 7". As you
    suggest, I will see if Family Tree Support have anything to add.
