Windows 10: Fan is turned off when screen is off

Hi i have strange problem with my new computer, i told to asus support but they answer me that could be an hardware defect,however the problem seem like something not working well on windows, and i'm hoping i can resolve it without send back my devicei explain:when i set 5 minutes of standby and set never on suspension, the computer shut down monitor correctly, but, at the same times shut down cpu fan, that could be really dangerous for the health of cpu, in fact when i see this problem, my cpu was at 91 C° and the rest of pc seem like boilingafter that i woke up and everything go fine, fun is

PC Build Steps

Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval

• Install system in case
  • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
• Turn on PC
• setup HDD
• run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
  • run realtemp at the same time

• While in Prime95 test
  • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
  • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
  • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!

What do you guys think??

 

Help!!! fans turn on but does not beep

first time builder I connected everything but the fans turn on but it does not post, any suggestions??

The PSu fans spins the gpu fan spins and the dvd drive works (spins) so does cpu fan but I cannot see anything on my screen, is the motherboard faulty??? or ram or cpu I do not know? *Frown
