Windows 10: Fan Noise windows 11 22h2

since I updated Windows from 11 to 11 22h2, why does the laptop fan make a loud noise and then it seems like I'm opening a heavy application, even though I'm not opening anything

My laptop's fan is making so much noise. Sometimes I feel like some jet engine is turned on. I'm start to see this issue after I upgraded to Windows 11. Is there any fix to this issue ?

Are there any problems with the fan noise? IS it loud or can you hear it at all? I currently have the Lenovo Yoga 920 and the fan is so loud!!! I need one with no fan noise or very very very quite noise.

Issue with laptop fan after updating to Windows 11.

Hiii,

So I upgraded to Windows 11 when it was first released last year one main issue I was experiencing was the fan noise every time even when the PC was idle so I thought maybe the Windows isn't optimized yet, so I reverted back to windows 10. But now after the 22H2 release, I updated again after the 22H2 update and I am still experiencing the same issue. Please help.
