Windows 10: Fan not working as designed to be

I have lenovo ideapad gaming and recently my fans are not working as they are supposed to be .At first i though it was the issue with the fan but even after the fan replacement the problem persistes. the isuue is the fan suddenly stops spping and even the performance mode the fan doesn't spins as it is supposed to be which at last causes over heat issue . what would be the possible reason all my drivers are up to date and even by BIOS and windows are to upto date
