Windows 10: Fan working very fastmaking lots of noise in some applications after BIOS update

ok, so I decided to do some updates my laptop was suggesting in the Support Assistant of HP, as well as the Windows10 updates.. .....I have an HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop 15-dk0xxx Here are some info about my laptop: Processor IntelR CoreTM i7-9750H CPU @ 2.60GHz 2.59 GHz Installed RAM 32.0 GB 31.8 GB usable System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor The updates I did were the following: here are the windows updates:and I got this as well which I have no idea what it is:^^What is this? Fan noise

Are there any problems with the fan noise? IS it loud or can you hear it at all? I currently have the Lenovo Yoga 920 and the fan is so loud!!! I need one with no fan noise or very very very quite noise.
