Windows 10: Fast Start Up and then slow Login Screen

Hi.

Im having a weird problem when my laptop boot Windows


At first,when the O.S is loading it took 30-40 seconds to load the login screen and then takes nothing to load the Desktop when i logged.However,after installing Xilinx,for some reason,it takes like 2-3 seconds to load the login screen and then 30 or more seconds when i log,and unless i put my pasword,it wont load my desktop,and i think its getting worse.i tried to unistall the program and it didn't work,and i didn't created a restore point before that.By the way:


-I tried clean boot and it didn't work

-I tried to disable fast start up and it didn't work

-I tried the Safe Mode and it didn't work

-I tried to go to the Advanced Start up and pick the "Startup Repair" and it didn't work


One moth ago,i had the same problem,however it took 5 minutes to start up and i had to reinstall Windows and i thought i solved the problem,but two weeks later this happens

Ok, let the powershell command run overnight
If the command didn't solve the problem, the try these steps in order:

1. Disable superfetch service
   • Empty the following folder c:\Windows\Prefetch\
   • Restart the computer
   • Si ça ne marche pas, passer à l'étape 2;
2. Disable the AppXSvc from the registry: change the "Start" key value from 3 to 4 (see the screenshot)

We just want to verify, did the login screen reappeared after you reimage your computer? If you still encounter the same issue, then we suggest turning off fast startup to further isolate this case. Follow the steps below:

• Open Control Panel and click System and Security.
• Click Power Options.
• On the left pane, click Choose what the power buttons do.
• Under Shutdown settings, uncheck Turn on fast startup, then click
  Save changes.
• Once done, restart your computer.
