Windows 10: Fatal Alert

i have emailed another question about this its just popped up on my screen again a blue sqaure please log out as Desktop icons stopped working at 9:50pm Help please why does this keep appearing

Hello Team,

What this error says.

My server stopped internet then stopped responding I have to do hard restart and then works.

I found this in my even viewer.

"A fatal alert was received from the remote endpoint. The TLS protocol defined fatal alert code is 40."

Please help me to resolve.

Just to confirm, is this the same thing that you tried on your phone, in order to turn off Amber Alerts?

• Open Settings.
• Tap on System.
• Tap on Messaging.
• Tap on the Change emergency alert settings link.
• Turn on or off the emergency alerts you want.

Let us know if this was the same thing that you tried.

We would also suggest to reset your phone after doing these steps to ensure that the changes on your phone's settings will be refreshed.

Simply press and hold the Power and Volume down button for 15 seconds and then release your hold afterwards.
