  1. Fatal hardware error crashes PC, later other issue crashes PC again. What to do with dump-file?

HelloThis is my first post at such a forum so i apologize if i do it incorrectly. Earlier today, my computer blue-screened multiple times, showing a WHEA_INTERNAL_ERROR. I Googled around and found that it had something to do with a fatal hardware error. After some time, i came to the realisation that when a DP cable was inserted into a specific port in my GPU the computer crashed, or at least froze the screens. Sometimes it got a blue screen. Anyway, in the event viewer this was a fault in dwm.exe. After i unplugged the cable this type of error stopped. However, a new error with the error code

    :)

PC Crashing constantly, with multiple bsod errors.

The new minidump files also listed generic errors, nothing specific wad indicated, I think there is a hardware issue or conflict on your PC that is causing the system to crash.

PC Crash with Memory Dump File

Posted about this before, though this time I think I've narrowed down the problem. Just need someone to take a look at the memory dump file to confirm.

Basically my PC will sometimes randomly crash, just freezing and then the screen goes black but it just sits there with the fans humming. I have to hit the reset button to get it to restart, at which point it usually will run fine. It doesn't generate a
memory dump file 95% of the time though (and a lot of the time the reliability monitor doesn't even detect a crash like a LiveKernelEvent or anything, it just says Windows was not shut down correctly from my reset), which makes diagnosing the crashes extremely
    difficult.

The last time it *did* produce a memory dump file, I posted about it here, and it apparently was some issue with the graphics card. I updated the driver and that had it running smoothly for about a week straight, but then the issues started happening again
and I've been waiting for it to actually produce a memory dump file since then. My suspicion at the moment is the graphics card is what's randomly having issues which is causing the freezing and black screen (though still odd that windows isn't detecting the
actual error most of the time), but I don't have an extra graphics card to test with right now. Hoping someone can take a look at the memory dump file and confirm that it was another error with the graphics card, and if so, I'll look into replacing it in the
near future. The latest graphics driver was released in September, which is what I currently have.

    PC Hard Crashing

My PC has been hard crashing when playing games of varying performance requirements. I'm including WHEA DMP files as those were the only indicators in Event Viewer that pointed to any issues leading up to the crash. I have tried several steps such as:

    - Reseating components (RAM, GPU, CPU)

    - Swapping components (PSU, CPU, Motherboard)

    - Updating drivers

DMP files with MSInfo included: 20230702 WHEA Dumps.zip

Event Viewer displays this message in the General box:

A fatal hardware error has occurred.

    Reported by component: Processor Core

    Error Source: Machine Check Exception

    Error Type: Cache Hierarchy Error

    Processor APIC ID: 10

The details view of this entry contains further information.
