Windows 10: Father passed away and need access to his computer

As my title states, my father passed away 2 weeks ago. Unfortunately, we can't locate any of his login info. His login is linked with his Microsoft account so there's no way for us to just reset his password. I have contacted the email "*** Email address is removed for privacy ***" and have yet to get a response. I was just wondering if there was a time frame I should expect a response as I'm sure they stay very busy. We're all still very distraught and would appreciate any kind of help anyone could provide.

Unable to access HP Simple Pass to Sign-in to the computer on Windows 10

• Do let us know the make and model of your computer?
• Have you installed HP simple pass software on your computer?

Try the below steps and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to download the latest HP Simple Pass software from the manufacturer's website install it and check if it helps.

Step 2: If you have already installed the software, I suggest you to re-install it and check if the issue persists.

Follow the steps to Access Recovery Manager:

• Press Start button from the keyboard, type Recover Manager.
• Select Recovery Manager from the list when it becomes available. Allow the action to continue, if prompted. The
  HP Recovery Manager opens.
• Click Software program re-installation, Next , select
  HP SimplePass for the listing and then follow the on-screen instructions to reinstall application

Father passed away, need access to his MSA.

My father passed away this last February, He had pictures, digital stock purchases on his online Onedrive and important information in his emails. My family has the Death Certificate and the court order to obtain those things. To whom do I need to contact to gain access to his MSA?

My father passed away and he has 2 computers which I do not know the passwords to as he had changed them and forgot what they were. I need t get into these to get all the information off of them for bills and private information. I attempted the security
questions and got a message stating I did not answer enough.

Please help me to get into these computers thanks.
