Windows 10: Faults 0x80070643 and 0x80070005

I purchased a brand new HP computer with windows 11 Home installed. fired it up, desktop looked weird. Large icons. Pixelated. I tried to install a program used for invoicing and the system gave me an error of 0x80070643. tech help for invoicing system said this is a SQL issue with my OS and that I would have to resolve this before their system will work. BTW SQL Server 2014 icons are in my recommended area of the start page - not sure why. I found that updating Windows 11 took multiple attempts. I have to restart between the 4 updates it listed. After the final update, the screen looks norm
