Windows 10: Favorites Bar had deleted all my Favorites in it

I use Windows 11 Edge Favorites. I have two folders, one is called Favorites Bar, the other is Other Favorites. I have been saving web sites in folders in the Favorites Bar. However, on looking in there today, all the folders have gone. There is only an icon in there to One Drive. Please help me to get my Favorites Bar folders back. Many thanks.

Internet Explorer lets you organize the way you add your list of favorites to the Favorites bar in order to arrange them accordingly. For us to rectify your concern regarding the Favorites bar, follow these steps:

• Launch Internet Explorer.
• Click the star icon located at the upper right hand corner of the browser to view your favorites list.
• Instead of dragging and dropping your favorites, you may right-click the items and select
  Add to Favorites bar.

To delete contents from favorites bar, follow the steps.

1. Press Windows key and type Favorites bar. Click
Enter.

2. Select the content you wish to delete using the Shift key and click
Delete.

Note: Once you delete any link from the favorites bar it will automatically get deleted from your respective browsers favorite list.
