Windows 10: Feature Request: LOCK monitor layout

I use 2 monitors. Sometimes the 2nd monitor is recognized by Windows, sometimes it isn't. My feature request is for Windows to recognize my monitors so I can see what I'm doing when I'm using my computer. I haven't unplugged it. It's still there. Windows just won't see it. Literally 50% of the time I have to spend 10 minutes turning things on and off and rebooting to maybe make it work. Some days it just doesn't ever work. Just ridiculous.

Monitor Primary monitor layout switches upon second monitor power off

Hi alts63,

One of the possible reasons why your primary monitor layout switches is that the rotation lock option is turned on. In order to turn that off and fix the issue, please follow these steps:

1. Press Windows key + A on your keyboard to open Action Center.
2. Click the Expand button.
3. Click the Rotation lock to turn it off.

Keyboard layout change

The Czech keyboard that is included in Windows Phone 8/8.1 is QWERTZ layout, not QWERTY. This is a common request and I suggest that you add your phone to the

User Voice item for this request. Microsoft uses the User Voice site to solicit suggestions and feature requests for their products.
