Windows 10: Feature Update 22H2 Keeps successfully installing

I need your help. The installtion of the Feature Update keeps installing, saying installed successfull in the update history but the system is still on 10.0.18363The system is a 32 bit installed Prodesk 400 G2 Mini.I removed nearly all applications from the device including Anti Virus. Removed every app from Start up.Ive run sfc /scannow and sfc /scannow and run a windos update clean up script.Ive run the setup also from https://www.microsoft.com/fr-fr/fr-fr/fr-fr/en-us/software-download/windows10 Im out of ideas.

If you can't install it from windows update you can try to install it manually, it's the same KB5015684 obtained with windows update.

Do dism and sfc /scannow commands before and/or after installing it.

 

I MANUALLY installed Cumulative Update KB3185614 SUCCESSFULLY but Windows continues to try to install SAME update

There may be some corrupted files in the update even if it was successfully installed. Because of this, Windows prompts you to reinstall the it.

To resolve the issue, we suggest uninstalling the update. Please follow the steps below:

• Open Control Panel and click on Programs.
• In the Programs tab, select View installed updates under
  Programs and Features. You will be directed to the Uninstall an update page.
  
• From the list of updates, right-click on Cumulative Update KB3185614 and select
  uninstall.

Windows will eventually reinstall this update since it will be missing.

If the issue will persist, you may run the Windows Update Troubleshooter tool. This tool automatically fixes problems with Windows Update.

I wish things are that simple. My error code was 0x80246017, and I don't have KB5020435 installed so it's a dead end. BTW, MS lists like 6 or 7 error codes of the format 0x8024xxxx on the "troubleshooting WU problems", and when you chose next step, it suggests generic steps: run WU troubleshooter, check if your disk has no errors, is your remote disk is accessible, etc. Same as MS community; each similar error has completely different cause and (re)solution.
MS in notorious for this- if it works then OK, if it doesn't then good luck.
