Windows 10: Feature update to Windows 10, version 1809 amd64 2019-03 - Error 0x80070020

Hey, I've been trying to install this update for about a few days now, but it constantly keeps saying "Updates Failed". Could someone please assist me with this problem? I've tried troubleshooting but it didn't resolve anything. Thank you so much!

Trying to update to feature update 1809 2019-03 but get error code of 0x80070002

Trying to update to “Feature update Windows 10 Version 1809 amd64 2019-03” but keep getting error code of “0x80070002” is there a fix any one else is having this issue? Should I just wait for the next update? Can’t open or use anything on my pc.

FWIW

I rolled back to an earlier version of Windows and am now on build 17134

I could not find the link state power management

I did cleanup disk

I did not update any drivers

I reset the Winsock catalogue

I did not increase VM

I did not uninstall Acronis

The Feature update to Windows 10, version 1809 amd64 2019-03 seems to be installed

PC is now behaving itself

Should I be on a newer version of Windows?

I have Surface Pro 4

I installed Feature update to Windows 10, version 1809 amd64 2019-03 as well as quality updates. Now the computer keeps freezing so that the tesk bar does not work and I cannot use alt-tab to go between applications

I have tried using a restore to go back to before the update but the update is still shown as installed

I have tired going back to an earlier version of windows and still the same problem with the update still showing as installed

What do I do now?
