Windows 10: Feature update to Windows 10, version 1809 x64 2019-07C Error 0x800703f1

Windows Update fails to install this Update together with multiple updaters, drivers, etc. On checking, I find that the previous (June) Update (KB4023057) "includes reliability improvements to Windows Update Service components". I have tried the "walk through" on the Microsoft site and have exhausted all options up to a "clean install" of Windows 10, which I would prefer to avoid! Any ideas, please, would be appreciated ...

Feature update Windows 10, version 1809 X64 2019-05 won't install even when I let it try for 12 hours.

 

Windows 10 x64 Update Problem Windows 10 Version 1511 for x64-based Systems (KB3156421) - Error 0x800703f1

Hi,

I did those steps, performed a clean boot. Here are the error -codes:-

• Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1511 for x64-based Systems (KB3163018) - Error 0x800703f1

• Update for Windows 10 Version 1511 for x64-based Systems (KB3149135) - Error 0x800703f1

Anything else ? I would like to rectify this problem.

Dear Sir/madam,

I will update my laptop up to date , but when it comes to the recent big update i have seen this in the update history.

So how can I reinstall the above said update
