Windows 10: feature "use as connected webcam" pops up an error in windows s mode

this is a brand new laptop from best buy bought today. i CANNOT take it out of windows s mode. i connected my phone through windows link app and afaik every other feature is working correctly through the app. i tried restarting the pc and it still keeps giving me an error saying "C:\ProgramData\Cross Device\Cross Device.Streaming.Source,dil is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. Error status 0xc0e90002"

Since you mentioned that you already reinstalled the driver for your webcam, we suggest that you perform these troubleshooting steps to resolve your concern:

• Run the troubleshooter for Windows apps.
• Install the driver using the compatibility mode.

Based on the description, I am assuming that you are facing difficulties in setting up the Hrayzan webcam on your PC.
In order to get clarity and to assist you accordingly, please reply with the answers to the questions below:

• What is the Version and Build of Windows 10 installed? (Type winver
  in Windows search/Run command)
• What is the make and model of the PC?
• Did you try to connect this webcam on different PC?
• Do you have another webcam that you can connect on this device?

Meanwhile we would suggest you to update driver
and check.

1. Connect the webcam
   
2. Press Windows + X key
   and select Device Manager from the context menu.
   
3. Spot and expand the “Universal Serial Bus controllers”.
   
4. Right click on the USB Composite Device driver and select
   “Update driver”
   
5. Select Search automatically for drivers. Follow the onscreen steps
   
6. Perform step 4 & 5 for
   Audio inputs and outputs & Camera drivers.
   
7. Restart the PC and check.
