Windows 10: Features update keeps failing error code 0xc1900101

Hi, I've tried to install the features update and it hasn't worked and didn't work on 11-06-2020 when I got the same error code 0xc1900101. Any ideas what I can do?

Update to 1903 fails with error 0xc1900101

0xc1900101 is one of the most common windows upgrade failure codes.

It indicates a rollback had occurred.

It should impact the largest number of PC users that had failed upgrades.

I have tried everything given over here. In the command prompt as suggested the steps for some other error by renaming, i tried but it failed saying access denied when trying to rename with the same code. I disabled my AV, no USB attached, all the drivers
in my PC updated, still for no use. setup exits after the second phase is complete i.e. installing features and drivers and i am told that windows did not start properly with the options restart and advanced options to repair or restore. Restart gives the
same problem again and again, advanced option do no good and in the end I am reverted back to my old OS win 8.1. I tried this over 3 times. It took my whole day . I even tried with the ISO media, but it says something happened and then stops.

Now what should I do? Any help????
