Windows 10: Feb 2022 windows 10 update

QUESTION: Is it possible to uninstall the Feb 22 Win 10 update without sacrificing data?BACKGROUND: Last week, I went to do a restart and an unwanted Win 10 update process began. About 2 hrs later, it was hung up at 96%...walked away but it was still hung up a half hour later so I just powered down and thought, maybe tomorrow. I know shutting down is a no no but I kinda figured MS would try to idiot-proof its updates. Next day, I powered back up and the update process seemed to complete itself successfully. But, my cursor now works only on the main desktop area, NOT in the task bar there, the

Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
