Windows 10: Feedback hub

Hello everyone.

There is a big problem with feedback hub in Windows 10. As we know, Duo to prohibitions of USA, some of windows features like store is blocked for users if thy set their location to Iran or North korea but if we set our location to countries out of these countries, we will be able to access these features like store, So this isn't a big problem for windows users in this regions (windows store checks our region only from settings of windows and blocks users from accessing it if they set their region to these countries). But the big problem is feedback hub because it doesn't check settings of windows for finding our region and it just checks internet IP for finding our region, So if we also set our region to United States we wont be able to access feedback hub if we open feedback hub from these countries!

Also this problem isn't only for users who living in this countries, If an american tourist come to Iran, he wont be able to access it, too! because he must connect to Iranian internet.

I saw many bugs in windows 10 version 1903 but i wasn't able to report them to microsoft when i was using preview versions and i see some of these bug still in public version, too.

So, i have a suggestion for Microsoft. If you want to block access of users who live in prohibited regions, check our region only from windows settings and not from our IP, because you are blocking us and foreign tourists from sending reports of many bugs that can help you make better windows! So don't check IP, just check windows settings.

• Did you receive any error message when you open feedback hub?

Feedback hub slow to open

Hi,

App loading issues are usually caused by slight conflicts within the system. We suggest that you reset the Feedback Hub app and check if it helps:

• Click on Start, and then Settings.
• Go to Apps.
• In Apps & features, look for Feedback Hub.
• Click on Feedback Hub, and then click on
  Advanced options.
• Click on Reset.

• Got to Settings and click System.
• Click Apps & Features on the left pane of the screen.
• Select Feedback Hub then click Advanced options.
• Under Storage usage and apps reset, click Reset.
