    I updated Windows today and clicked on the link to discover online tips .. but the link is not working https://www.microsoft.com/en-ie/windows/tips

    Upon replicating, the link provided by the steps works. We suggest that you retry following the given steps for feedback.

    Programs not working

    In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
    Are you able to follow them?
    In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.

    We suggest you to check privacy settings in Windows 10. To do so, follow the steps below:

    • Press Windows key.
    • Type Privacy settings.
    • On the left pane, click Feedback and diagnostics.
    • Under Feedback frequency, Windows should ask for my data should be selected to
      Automatically.
