Few processess clogging up memory, is it malware or just windows?

This is a fresh Windows 11 Pro install. I only had the same problem since 2 weeks ago, when I clicked an infected link downloading an infected pdf file. I just reinstalled windows to be safe, but the malware probably came back? It had infected other devices on LAN. As Windows usually has quite a lot of processes, I'd like to know which are legit and if that malware persisted. My malware experience was identical to this post:https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/malware-has-remote-access-to-my-pc/56823048-7cea-4b40-8bfd-e47347a4b499For example, looking at Firefox task manager 5

Unigine Valley or Heaven (use this for quick testing while changing settings in Wattman and checking for stability / artifacts) ...just suggesting this
How to monitor cores / mem speeds and temps during testing (I've seen screen overlays, and others using GPUz)

HP stream wont update windows 10 , not enough memory

To further assist you, we suggest that you run the Windows Memory Diagnostic tool. Refer to the steps provided below:

    • On the Start screen, type memory.
    • Click Settings and then click the result Diagnose your computer's memory problems.
    • Select the option to run the tool.

We also suggest you to temporarily disable the antivirus as it consumes more memory and then try to upgrade.

Let us know how it goes.
