Discus and support FH-4 feature is blocked because of parental control. Parental control is disabled in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; i have removed parental control can acces every online feature except multiplayer anyone know why?...     Parental control

    Hi, Giwa.

    To disable your Parental Control, please follow the steps:

    1. Go to the Control Panel from the Windows Start menu.

    2. Click User Accounts.

    3. Click Parental Controls.

    4. Click on your account photo.

    5. Choose Parental control off.

    I am trying to access some basic features in Forza Horizon 3, but I can't because it says parental controls are blocking them.

    How do I disable parental controls??

    I never had a parent account so I don't know where the restrictions are coming from.

    Parental Controls for Windows 10

    Kindly follow these steps to try removing or disabling Parental Controls. Make sure that you are the Administrator and you are logged in as Administrator to do the steps:

    1. Go to the Control Panel from the Windows Start menu.

    2. Click User Accounts.

    3. Click Parental Controls.

    4. Click on your account photo.

    5. Choose Parental control off

    Let us know what happens.
