Windows 10: fifine SC1 not showing XLR mic MX-100 as an input device on PC.

I have tried every USB port. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the audio mixer. I have completely unplugged and restarted my pc. I have updated windows. Do not know what to do. It shows up as a speaker option but does not recognize the mic input. The audio mixer is picking up the mic but the PC is not. There are no drivers to install from what I can find.

-i cannot set the microphone to default mic since it says it isnt plugged in

-i have closed most apps that uses my microphone from task manager but it still doesnt show up in the input devices

-my microphone plug is a 3.5mm jack, i have tried plugging it in the headphone and microphone hole

-also have tried to privacy > microphone > allow apps ... microphone / allow apps ... this device > change > enable

-and since the sound control panel says it is not detected, i cannot access the listen, levels, advanced tab

my microphone works on my laptop so im thinking its because of my pc's microphone plug hole's problem

anymore suggestions?

 

Windows is suddenly not receiving input from XLR microphone!

I am so sorry to hear that you are having an issue with your XLR microphone. Kindly open the Device Manager > doule-click the AUDIO INPUTS & OUTPUTS to expand > right-click the XLR microphone and then click UNINSTALL DEVICE. Restart your computer and then test your microphone again.

if the above steps didn't help you fix the issue, please open SETTINGS > SYSTEM > TROUBLEHOOT > OTHER TROUBLESHOOTERS > click RUN beside the Audio.

Recording with Fifine AM8 and Windows 11

Hello! I've just bought a new FiFine Microphone (Fifine AM8). I've tried to record something on my Lenovo Yoga Slim 7 pro (on Windows 11) using this mic. The mic is fully connected to the laptop. I made some records but there's no voice! Only distortion and noise. I also updated the drivers of the mic.

Then I connected the mic to another laptop (based on Windows 10) and made some records and it records perfectly without any additional settings. So, I guess that my problem is connected with Windows 11 comparability with the Fifine AM8.

Could you help me and tell what should I do to make records on laptop (on Windows 11) and the mic?
