Windows 10: FIle Browser and others having trouble rendering menu bar

This issue has happened on multiple programs Photos, Chrome, File Explorer and others. The menu bar when the window is maximized does not display and is not functional. If i adjust the size to full but not maximized it will display just fine. Its not a display thing and seems to be linked to the Maximize feature.

Method 1

I suggest you to follow the steps below:

• 
  Use Software Rendering option for Accelerated graphics.
  
• 
  Launch Internet Explorer,
  
• 
  Press ALT+T, then select
  Internet option from the dropdown menu.
  
• 
  Go to Advanced tab, then check
  Use Software rendering instead of GPU rendering* option under Accelerated graphics.
  
• 
  Click Apply and then Ok.
  

Method 2

I also suggest you to check and install the latest windows updates .

To install the latest updates please follow the steps below;

• 
  Type settings in the search bar.
  
• 
  Select update and security.
  
• 
  Click on windows update.
  
• 
  Click on check for update.
  

If updates are available, it will be automatically installed.

Question about IE 11?

1. Right click on the IE title ->Tick on Menu to display the Menu Bar under the title
2. From the Menu: File->Import and Export -> from another browser -> select Chrome
3. After step 2. Right click on the IE title again then select Favorites Bar
