    File Classification Infrastructure updates not always propagating


    I am currently using FCI in a very rudimentary way. Currently I am creating Claim Types, Resource Lists, ect. in DAC via the Admin Center. I am not creating classification rules. I manually set my classifications on folders via the classification tab.This has been working with no issue for some time.I am encountering a problem where most PCs on my domain are not receiving updated resource lists or claim types. I am entirely unsure of how to get my PCs to update their FCI settings?After some digging I'm able to locate a "FCI" folder in C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\.I am able to see in this folder

    Hi,

    The error "Shell Infrastructure Host has stopped working." is usually occurring to Windows devices because of some damaged system files. To further troubleshoot your concern, we suggest following these steps:

    • When "Shell Infrastructure Host has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Please close the program." message appeared, press CTRL + ALT + DEL keys on your keyboard.
    • Choose Switch user.
    • Choose the administrator account and then sign into your computer.
    • Perform an In-place upgrade. Use this article published
      by PaulSey for the instructions.
    • Don't forget to choose the option to keep personal files and apps.

    In-place upgrade will repair all of the damaged system files on your computer. And by choosing the option Keep personal files and apps, you'll be able to retain all of the saved files, installed applications and Windows settings on your device.

    File classification?

    Does anybody know anything about file classification? Samsung Magician has a classify files button but doesn't give any details on what it does.

    File Classification Infrastructure updates not always propagating

    Certificates are not propagated - Certificate Propagation Service

    I have a problem using a Smart Card. For some reason it doesn't propagate certificates automatically, the only way it propagates is by locking the windows screen, and unlocking again.
    I understand that propagation is done automatically only when connecting my card to the reader.
    The minidriver that is automatically downloaded and installed from Windows Update is "Athena Smartcard Solutions - SmartCard - 7.5.1.4".
    Any ideas?
