Windows 10: File copies everywhere!

I've been using MS dos and Windows since their beginning in the 1970s. The file folder system was efficient and easy to understand. You could create folders according to your own organization desires and find them easily, and if not, you could search for them. But in past few years MS has redesigned everything. Now it seems useless to create folders because MS just overrides everything and puts your files somewhere of its choosing requiring you to always search to find them with whatever fragment of memory you have as to what the doc was about, time, type, etc. until you find it. Its BS!

You can't copy a folder, thats why it generates an exception (you are trying to copy a folder using a copy file function).
You probably need to list all the files inside that folder and copy one by one

I would suggest you to follow the steps below:

• 
  Press Windows key + X.
  
• 
  Click file explorer from the list.
  
• 
  Select the CD/DVD drive and hit Enter.
  
• 
  Select the files you want to copy from the CD/DVD, then select the drive where you want to paste or save.
