Windows 10: File.exe not downloading

    File.exe not downloading


    I have a windows 10 and every time i try to download something it says (file).exe cant be downloaded. Im using File.exe not downloading :D to download stuff on but it wont work,i tried switching to drive c which i had to free space on but then it says its not commonly downloaded and can be harmful.

    I find it weird how it says that because the thing im trying to download is something i downloaded before. I don't know what to do because i cant even download ANYTHING and im so annoyed

    (Btw i also have a problem where windows wont update which idk if your supposed to do on c drive or not)

    Trying to download Chrome browser (exe file)

    when trying to open, prompts open with and list programs to open with

    will not allow exe file.

    unable to download and run .exe files

    I tried to download and run .exe file but I am not able to run . I tried in private mode for edge browser. then also I am getting error. after downloading the .exe file it shows, the file may be moved or deleted. in private mode,i tried to run the file,
    but it shows file not found.

    please provide me troubleshooting steps for me,its vwery important for me.
