Windows 10: File explorer address bar and refresh button are really small

So as the tittle says, my file explorer has a really small address bar and refresh button. No clue what made it this way but it only happened after i update my windows and now i don't know how to make it revert back to normal again. Here's two image showing my "broken address bar" and a normal address bar.

Add a button to the address bar.

I would like to add the Zoom button to my new Edge address bar. Have found the following how to do it on the web but they don't work like the instructions say.

To customize the buttons that appear next to the address bar, use these steps:

1. Open Microsoft Edge.
2. Click the Settings and more menu button on the top-right corner. (I assume that is the three dots in a row)
3. Select the Show in toolbar sub-menu. (Don't see 'Show in toobar)
4. Click the action button that you want to add or remove from the toolbar.

Don't you have a "Refresh" button in the address bar?

Somehow the address bar in my file explorer became smaller than usual, is there a way to return it back to normal?
Just to be clear, I'm not asking to change the width between the search bar and address bar, only the height of the address bar.
