Windows 10: File explorer and games crashing

I've been having several issues with my PC over the last week. First it started with games crashing repeatedly the ones which would crash the most were Minecraft and CS:GO, often making me unable to open either game for 10-20 tries before it would suddenly work, Escape From Tarkov would also occasionally crash/cause blue screens when trying to open it as well as midgame but nowhere near as frequently, I don't play any other games. Then I began getting blue screens out of nowhere several times an hour. And now I am also getting my file explorer crashing at least once a day.There were no appli

Effective Way to Solve the File Explorer Crashes Issue

You can try the following steps:

1. Tap down the Windows button first to activate the search bar.
2. After that, in the search bar type control, and then click on the top-most search result, that is on Control Panel.
3. Next, in the search bar type file.
4. Now, from the search results click on File Explorer Options.
5. Then, click on the Clean button.
6. Lastly, click on Apply and then on OK.

File explorer keeps crashing in Win 10

Hello,

I did the steps you wrote. All the settings were as you suggested. The File Explorer keeps crashing.

and i have files ranging upto 80GB...
