Windows 10: File Explorer and many other actions restricted.

Very recently I have found that I cannot access my task bar search, I cannot right click on my desktop and I cannot remove, edit or download/add any of my files onto my computer. It is as if I'm suddenly restricted to many key parts of my computer. When looking under account settings it shows that I am still&

Unable to set restriction for local user in Windows 10

  How did you noticed that user is still able to access the drive?
  
• 
  Did you log into the local user account and check the permission?
  

I suggest you to follow the steps below to restrict the user.

• In File Explorer, right click on the drive which you want to restrict.
• Click Properties.
• Click the Security tab.
• Click on Edit to change the permissions.
• Uncheck all the permission for system.
• Click OK and make sure the change is applied to all subfolders and files.

How can I detect the last action made in File Explorer?

If you accidentally move a file, you can undo the action by pressing CTRL + Z. When you've rebooted your PC or you've closed the File Explorer, the undo action will no longer cancel or reverse the action.
