Windows 10: File Explorer bug with "Also apply this template to all subfolders"

Hi, in Windows 11 22H2, build 22621.1992 then I set "Also apply this template to all subfolders" in folder properties, it don't work. In my working folder, there are many more folders there are thousands of them, each of which contains images, documents, and even video with audio files these are photographs and furniture drawings with assemblers' comments. In Windows 10, I just checked the "Also apply this template to all subfolders" checkbox and all folders began to appear as folders with documents I configured the view of the parent folder this way. Now it doesn't work and it's very

How to reproduce:

On my c:\ I have a folder with other folders with pictures. when browsing to a folder, the default view is pictures so it shows me the pictures in thumbnail. I don't want that so I change the main folder property to 'Documents' and fill the checkbox 'Also apply this template to all subfolders'.

What I expect: (Works in Windows 10.)

All folders within that folder will show me a listed view.

What I get:

It only applies to the folder you changed the property to 'Documents', all folders deeper in the tree are still in picture mode.

Conclusion:

This clearly is one of the many small bugs in Windows 11 I manually changed every folder property to 'Documents' in the meantime.

Explorer - List Files First in Folder Than SubFolders

This applies to Windows Explorer.
Windows appears to list Folders First than Files,
If one has a lot of SubFolders, the Files at the end, sometimes get overlooked.
I would like for the files to be listed first, then SubFolders >> if Possible

Customize folder view does not apply to subfolders

When using Windows Explorer, I want all my folders to be viewed as Documents. (i.e Name, file size, last updated, etc.)

I do have some music sub-folders, but I don't like the Music view. (Name track number, title, etc.)

So I go to the parent folder, right click for the context menu, and select Properties->Customize. Then I select Documents from the dropdown box under Optimize This Folder For. I then tick the Also Apply This Template To All Subfolders and click apply.

View is not applied to subfolders. Have to manually go in and change it.

Yet another Windows bug?
