Windows 10: file explorer changed and I would like to go back to the way it was.

Here is a screenshot of file explorer. I don't even know what to call the bar at the top that shows folders like this: OneDrive > ... My Real Stuff > Red CrossI used to be able to see more folders in the box because the text size was smaller. Microsoft, in its infinite wisdom, automatically changed it for me because Microsoft knows what is best for me even though I think I know what is best for me. LOL. How do I get the text size smaller so I can navigate back to my primary folder, "My Real Stuff" after being in four folders contained in that folder? And is there a way for Microsoft to

• Open File Explorer.
• Access this link
  
  C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Explorer
• Delete all the files.
• After deleting the files kindly try and see if there's a thumbnail preview of your files.
