Windows 10: File Explorer Changes in Windows 11

I have just upgraded to a new PC running Windows 11 but have installed my old HDD's so I retain my data. In Windows 10 my Old PC when I opened File explorer it would have a list of files on that drive/folder but in Windows 11 it searches every time and rebuilds the list then does it all over again if I delete a file - How can I overcome this? Also what happened to Move File? At present I have to Copy file then delete as Move no longer seems to be an option!
