Windows 10: File explorer crashes and re-load when right-clicking a file in Windows 10

Hello!I'm windows 10 user. I have been having unsolved issues when using file explorer. so, anytime when I right clicked on file, folder, or anything, my explorer will be crashes and my windows re-loaded.It's been a long time and this issues still unsolved. please help me if you know how to fix it, Thanks!

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

File Explorer - Right click and crashing

Hello

Please see my You Tube Demo video - when I right click on a file within File Explorer on Windows 10 it crashes; here is a video demo of the crash - as you can see the Bar down the bottom is disappearing

Please can anyone suggest a fix.

 

Windows Explorer crashing due to large files

thats wierd... iv never had a large file crash explorer before....


and i have files ranging upto 80GB...
