    I changed my default folder icon to a custom one of my preference so that all folders use this icon.I did it by following the steps in this reg edit method below"How to Change All Default Folder Icons in Windows 11 At Once" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8tC04Nb8UUgTheres 3 issues/bugs still. 1. When you change icon/thumbnail views it reverts to the default yellow icon.2. When you create new folders and add files into them it reverts to the default yellow icon. 3. When you highlight a folder in file explorer it reverts to the default yellow one in the details pane.Does anyone know how to fix

    Is it possible to customize icon size in "details" view in explorer?


    An alternative would be to use another view with the details pane expanded; although that gives you details on only the selected folder/file.

    Customize Preview Details in Details Pane of File Explorer in Windows


    I could use some help adding the description field for .jpg images to the details preview. I have followed your instructions step by step several times, but it doesn't work.
    Does it matter that whether the file extension is .jpg .JPG or .jpeg ?

    Any help is appreciated!
    I'm trying to display and edit the IPTC and/or EXIF description data field of an image, in order to benefit from its SEO value online.

    Customize music folder details pane

    Hello,

    I've tried to search for ways to customize the info displayed in the Details Pane.

    This forum     and
    this list     they link to seems to do the trick, but the problem is: I don't want to remove anything Windows displays by default, I only want to add one more bit of info (specifically Comments). The System Preview Details list doesn't seem to include the regular
    music info (e.g. Contributing Artist, Album, Genre, etc.), so even though I can edit the registry and get Comments listed in the Details Pane, I can't figure out how to get all the old info listed as well.

    Any help with this would be much appreciated.
