Windows 10: File explorer doesn't load

Every time I go to open file explorer, it opens fine. However it doesn't display any of my files and instead just says "Working on it..." and changes my cursor to the spinny blue circle. I've been having this problem, and a similiar problem where the green loading bar takes forever to finish and if I right click the whole thing crashes. These problems have been ongoing for months now and I've tried dozens of things to try to fix them. I have over 50GB of space left on my pc. I'm using a windows 10 pc, and I do a lot of web development so I have a bunch of folders on my pc with thousands of fil

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

I tryed all 3 methods but got no success.

The funny thing is that IE is working fine on a new created test account (like method 3 suggests) but after this I switch back to my account and confirm IE is useless.

In sum IE not working on my account which is the admin one, but it is working on other accounts I create.

Doesn´t make sense to me...

I suggest you to try the methods below and check if this helps.

Method 1:

• Close all Internet Explorer windows
• Click Start-> Control Panel->Network and Internet->
  Internet Options
• Click the Advanced tab
• Check the Use software rendering instead of GPU rendering checkbox
  
• Click Apply and then click OK
• Restart Internet Explorer

Method 2: I suggest you to delete the browsing history and cookies and check if this helps.

Method 3: Create a new user account and check if the same issue occurs.

• Go to Settings.
• Choose Accounts and then select
  Family and other users.
• Select add someone else on this PC.
• Enter a user name and hit next.
• Click on Finish.
• Sign out from the current Account and Log into the new account.
