    Hello Prathamesh,

We realize the inconvenience you have experienced.

    • What were you doing when this happen? Like running any application on desktop screen
    • Is this started immediately after upgrading to Windows 10?
You can see this error, when a program tried to access a memory address that it wasn't able to and caused it to crash. Suggest you to try with the below mentioned troubleshooting steps and see if it works.

    Method 1:

Suggest you to try performing a clean boot.
A clean boot is performed to start Windows by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This helps eliminate software conflicts that occur when you install a program or an update or when you run a program. Follow
the below mentioned steps to perform Clean Boot:

    a. Press Windows Key, type
msconfig in the search box, and hit Enter.

    b. On the Services tab of the
System Configuration dialog box, tap or click to select the
Hide all Microsoft services check box, and then tap or click
    Disable all.

    c. On the Startup tab of the
System Configuration dialog box, tap or click
    Open Task Manager
    .

    d. On the Startup tab in Task Manager, for each startup item, select the item and then click
    Disable.

    e. Close Task Manager.

    f. On the Startup tab of the
System Configuration dialog box, tap or click
    OK
, and then restart the computer.

If a service is causing issue, I suggest you turn on 5 services at a time, reboot and then see if the problem reappears, keep repeating this until you find a group of 5 services, which are causing this issue, then check the one
by one, till you find the one which is causing your issue. Perform the same divide and apply for
    Startup's too.

Refer the below article on "How to Perform Clean Boot". As the article is designed for Windows 8.1, Windows 8 and Windows
    7. Unlike launching step for 'System Configuration', options and steps to Clean Boot are same for Windows 10.

Note: After you finish troubleshooting, refer "How to reset the computer to start normally after clean boot troubleshooting" from the same article.

    Method 2:

If an app or update that you recently installed caused problems with your PC, you can restore Windows back to an earlier point in time, called a restore point. System Restore doesn’t change your personal files, but it might remove
    recently installed apps and drivers.

This option takes your PC back to an earlier point in time, called a system restore point. Restore points are generated when you install a new app, driver, or Windows update, and when you create
    a restore point manually
. Restoring won’t affect your personal files, but it will remove apps, drivers, and updates installed after the restore point was made.

    • Right-click (or press and hold) the Start button, and then select Control Panel.
    • Search Control Panel for Recovery.
    • Select Recovery > Open System Restore > Next.
    • Choose the restore point related to the problematic app, driver, or update, and then select Next > Finish.

    Note

If you’re not seeing any restore points, it might be because system protection isn’t turned on. To check, go to the
Control Panel, search for Recovery, and then select Recovery > Configure System Restore > Configure and make sure Turn on system protection is selected.

Keep posted if you require further assistance.

    Thank you.

More often than not I get this error message on close down. It is an explorer error.

The instruction at 0x00007ffdf7006E39 referenced memory at 0x0007FFDCB44b38. The memory could not be read. Click on OK to terminate program

Could this be linked with the 'Send to' on a file does not have a full list of items, only showing AVS Mobile uploader and Bluetooth device?

Help required before I go ahead and try a Windows 10 repair.

    Many thanks.
