Windows 10: File Explorer freezes for several minutes when I click on a file, but it doesn't display as...

The title really explains it all. I click on any file in File Explorer, it freezes and the cursor spins, but it doesn't get marked as "Not Responding". It doesn't say that in Task Manager either. It's like everything works normally, it just won't let me click on anything.I've tried updating my graphics drivers, running SFC and DISM in the terminal, doing a general update, but it just won't quit doing this no matter what I do.Is there ANYTHING I can do to fix this? I have a lot of projects I'd love to get back to work on, but I literally can't because File Explorer just keeps freezing for no re

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

File Explorer displays "Preparing to Install .." and freezes when searching a folder containing an .eml file or a .nws file.

Hi

When searching certain folders with File Explorer it freezes with "Preparing to install .." displayed. I have discovered this happens when the folder searched contains one or more .eml or .nws files. Can anyone suggest anything I could try to remedy this please.
