Windows 10: file explorer icons in Home directory suddenly alligned in the middle

Edition Windows 11 Pro Version 22H2 Installed on ‎2023-‎09-‎26 OS build 22621.2506 Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22677.1000.0 the icons have moved to the middle instead of being on the left side like they always had see where the highlighted desktop folder is starting this is how it was before the change with this alignment, it's cutting off the folder location on some pinned folders that I have, and it's overall worse space management. Does anybody know how to reverse this change?

Open File Explorer with pre-defined directory?

First, pin File Explorer to the task bar. You can then click and drag a folder (such as Videos) and drop it on the File Explorer icon to pin it to File Explorer. The list of pinned folders can be accessed by right-clicking on the File Explorer icon. Select a folder from the list and you will open File Explorer at that folder. This is the same list of pinned folders that you will see in File Explorer's Quick Access.

 

when I scroll down to middle and looking for info suddenly it will jump back to top of directory automatically. how can I stop the explorer to jump back to top of directory automatically by itself?
