Windows 10: File Explorer is frozen on the web

Is this a common issue because I have provided a screenshot to see how to fix it as I was on discord and wanting to send a friend some media and issue was it just is frozen and unresponsive

Which web browser are you using?

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps

• Open the Web page.
• Click on Gear icon at the top right corner.
• Click on File and select Save as
• You can save in different format.
• Open file Explorer select and right click on web page which is saved in File Explorer.
  
• Select open with and Select WordPad or notepad.
• There you will be able to Edit .

• Right-click File Explorer.

"This file can't be previewed" problem in explorer

• Open File Explorer.
• Access this link
  
  C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Explorer
• Delete all the files.
• After deleting the files kindly try and see if there's a thumbnail preview of your files.
