    File Explorer Jump List - Is This Normal?


    I have File Explorer pinned to the task bar. The Jump List shows pinned folders and recently accessed folders only. It does not show recent or frequently accessed files. Is this normal behavior, or did I break something?

    File Explorer Jump List

    For further troubleshooting, we suggest that you create a new user profile name as
    test for us to see if the issue will persist as we are checking if its your system file that's corrupted or if its the user profile. If in case that this issue does not re-occur on the
    test profile created, we suggest that you perform an update on your system.

    File Explorer Jump List

    Hello,

    This issue sometimes occurs if there is system file corruption. I would suggest you to run SFC
    scan         and see if there will be changes. You can also check out Ramesh.Kumar's answer on this
    thread, similar to your concern, to
    help with the solution.

    File Explorer Jump List - Is This Normal?

    This seems to be normal behaviour. The recent files show up within the quick access section when you open File Explorer.
