Windows 10: File explorer keeps glitching after windows restarts

Hi. hope you guys doing great.My system information:Windows 11 Pro 64-bit 10.0 Build 22621Asus VivoBook 15 X570UDCore i7 8550U8GB RamIts now 2 days that my windows got a problem. File explorer keeps glitching opening and closing itself after I restart my windows.It will stay like that for about 5 or 10 minutes and then it get fixed itself.I tried almost everything like scanning for virus, safe boot and troubleshoot, sfc /scannow, updating my drivers and windows but it didn't fixed. please help me.Screen record of the problem:https://drive.google.com/file/d/1pMs5AcSfiTW4dawZJ2lRjuMVBr0dU6TS

Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

File Explorer Visual Glitch

Windows Explorer Replacement?

I don't use Internet Explorer, I meant the thing where you can look at files etc. Hotkey Windows+E. Maybe it's the wrong name in english though. *Stick Out Tongue
