    File explorer keeps popping up and volume goes down randomly


    For the last couple of months I have been experiencing file explorer popping up and the volume going down at the same time randomly. This happens when I am using applications or when I am not using the computer at all. I have tried all of the recommendations made by people in the community with similar issues, but nothing works.It started when I was running Windows 10, so I upgraded to Windows 11 hopping that it would resolve, but the problem persists.... Any ideas? I very much appreciate the help.... :-

    File explorer keeps popping up and volume goes down randomly

    Volume bar keeps popping up

    The volume bar keeps appearing in the top left corner on my laptop screen. It's been happening for a while now and it's really annoying, especially when I'm watching a video and it keeps popping up.

    Any suggestions on something I might have accidentally enabled/diasbled??
