Windows 10: File explorer Lags out when resizing it

I'm looking for anyone who knows how to fix this, but when i try to resize file explorer, it lags out looking like my monitor is running at 59 hz when I'm actually running 144hz. id include a video, but OBS makes it look like nothings wrong

File Explorer Scroll Lag

Hello, I just did this and still the lagging continues. I want to point out that the lag occurs only when I scroll with the mouse, when I click and scroll the lag does not occur.

 

resizing and emailing photos from File Explorer with Windows 10

Hi Andre. Thank you for your suggestions. I am still not able to do what I wanted.

I thought I had Outlook but do not (and if I have to pay for it, I won't). I have tried the Mail app that came with my computer, and have 2 accounts associated with that -gmail and sympatico. I read somewhere else that I should be able to add one of those
as default but I haven't figured out how to do that yet. When I go to Default Apps, the options are Mail, Google Chrome, Thunderbird, or Look for an app from the Store. I have changed it to Thunderbird and Google Chrome but still can't send pictures resized
from File Explorer without first saving the resized files, composing an email via Mail, and clicking on the paper clip to find the files and attach them.

I have tried the Share from File Explorer, and I do not get the prompt to resize. It gives me the Mail option, I click on that, I choose which of my 2 accounts to send it from, and it attaches the picture but as full size, no option to resize that I can
find.

The only way I have been able to resize is to save the resized file, then attach them to an open email. I didn't have to do that with my previous computer that also had Windows 10.

I already installed the Image Resizer you listed below based on previous old threads but thank you for suggesting it.

I will take a look at how to submit a feature request and send you the link when I get it done. Thank you.
