Windows 10: File explorer opens an empty window which doesn't load

Any way I try to open or use the file explorer, it opens this empty window:The grey bits are from rescaling it. The window doesn't close when I click the x at the top. Mouse shows the loading symbol when hovering on top.THE ISSUE: I don't know what this specific issue is called nor what causes it. I want help in either finding the fix for this either by being given some search terms or steps to take toward fixing it.Things I have already tried:1. opening file explorer in different ways. opening folders, restarting it in the task manager, starting it as a new task in task manager, win+r and exp

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

File explorer slow with loading thumnails and files

Step by step guide:
1. Hold Win+r to open run
2. Type msconfig and hit ok or enter
3. Click Services
4. Navigate to Windows search (you can sort the list in descending alphabetical order)
5. Uncheck tickbox
6. Click apply then ok
7. Select to restart now
