Windows 10: File explorer opens in the middle in small widnow...always.

Hello, I have very weird issue that I cannot resolve.Everytime I open file explorer any folder/This PC/Any disks it opens in a small window exactly in the middle of the screen. Changing size and moving it doesnt save that. Everytime I open new window it will still open as small window in the middle of the screen. I tried resetting all folders settings to default.Folders view settings to default.Tried creating new account to check if it is maybe user specific, but same behaviour was on other account.Same behaviour happens in safe mode. I've tried changing some registry settings I found on int

File explorer will not open on windows 10

In this case, it's possible that the File Explorer is set to open an incorrect/corrupted file location. To rule out folder path related issues, we suggest that you follow the steps below:

• Type Control Panel in the search box. From the search result, click
  Control Panel.
• Select Small icons from the View by: drop-down list located on the top right side of the window.
• Select File Explorer Options.
• Under the General tab, select This
  PC from the Open File Explorer to: drop-down list.
• Click OK.

Once you're done, open File Explorer again and check if the issue persists.

The main reason why the scroll bar is in the middle when you open File Explorer is incorrect folder settings. To resolve this, we suggest changing the File Explorer "Open to" settings. To do so, please follow the steps below:

• Open File Explorer.
  
• In the left pane, right-click Quick access, and then click
  Options.
  
• Under General, set Open File Explorer to:
  Quick access.
  
• Click Apply.
  
• Click OK.

• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
