Windows 10: File Explorer Question.

So I recently reinstalled windows 10.My Problem is, before I would open File Explorer and be able to see and expand all drives and folders in a tree. By clicking on a plus sign.Since the the reinstall I can only click on a single drive to see it's folders , but cant see the other drives and they're folders. I have to open separate window for each drive.This is kind of a pain when you move files to other folders on other drives! As I do often.

I have added the file count column to my folder in File Explorer. However, the actual file count is not displaying.
