    File Explorer - Right click and crashing


    Hello

    Please see my You Tube Demo video - when I right click on a file within File Explorer on Windows 10 it crashes; here is a video demo of the crash - as you can see the Bar down the bottom is disappearing

    Please can anyone suggest a fix.

    Rather than using AppCrashView can you provide the following information:

    Windows Key + R > type eventvwr in the "Open" box > OK > expand "Custom Views" and then right-click "Administrative Events" > select "Save all events in Custom View As" and save as an .evtx file

    Then make the resulting .evtx file available via via a public folder on OneDrive or similar site.

    Hello, download and use Shellexview (free) to check for bad context menu extensions.

    Hide all MS extensions, disable all others.

    Then try rt click.
